Hi
My sponsor note say 3 years of start date and end date but visa approved for 1 year.

Just want to check if i go for admin review do i need to do pay for admin review?
Do i need to submit my paasport and brp again.
Also how many days it will take to make a decision.

Please help me soon

Yes, AR will cost u £80.. if the judgement is in your favour, u get the refund. u will need to send brp back once they will be issuing the new one. no need for passport. current turn around between 2-4 weeks.

Have you had other Tie 2 General visas, not the current one. You have applied in country, so you must have been on Tier 2 already. What are all your Tier 2 visa start and end dates that you have held?

Current one getting expired on jan 2017
Applied for extension 3 year but got for one year i.e jan2018

My sponsor note clearly mention start dat and end date is for 3 years and i paid ihs for 3 years

I need to travel india in mid november so thinki to challenge or not.

You can be on a Tier 2 visa for a maximum of 6 years in UK under current laws. You can only get Tier 2 visa until 31st December 2019, so the AR should work in your favour.

Before applying to Ar do i need to send mail yo them stating problem bcoz i have paid 3 yrs IHS and also start date and end date was wrong so sponsor corrected date in sponsor note but case worker dint validated sponsor note.
Also how much time it will take to get decision bcoz i need to go to my home country on 25th nov.so if i apply on monday will decision done by next month first week.

Did you say that there was a mistake in the start date and end date by the sponsor and was later corrected? if thats the case then it wasnt the fault of the case worker if the start and date was not corrected before the visas was issued?

I submitted my form brp error.and time line is 5 days but no body responded till now after 4th days.

I got response from brp error team that my date is wrong .
They want my brp back and along with covering letter stating that ni number and reason for returning brp.

How much time it will take

I have sent my brp along with covering letter mentioning my NI nunumber and reason for return brp.
Also given my addresa to return corrected brp.

Do i need to replybrp error email for address confirmation.

Hi all,

After receiving brp i found my duration of visa is only 1 year instead of 3 years.i have made my online log in brp error
section.after 5 days they accepted brp end date is wrong and requested to send brp and covering letter stating that NI number and reason of return BRP.

i have sent my brp 5 days back to bristol office.just want to check how many days it will take to return correct.

Early response really awaited.

Hi all,

I have checked and my brp delivery status on royal is delivered on monday 17th oct.but till now i dint recieve any acknowledegement mail from them.

Is any acknowledgement mail sent by brp error team or they will send corrected brp within 10 days.

Today i got corrected brp.

Before closing my thread will summerise process and duration which help others.

Got my brp on 6th oct 2016 (Thrusday)
Reported brp error for valid untill date on 6th oct 2016 (Thrusday)
Got response from brp error team on 5th working day on 13th oct 2016 (Thrusday )
Sent brp and covering letter on 14th october 2016 via special delivery.1st delivery attempt got failed due to saturday.
Redelivered on monday 17th oct 2016 to bristol office.Always send using special delivery.
Got email from brp error team on 25th oct 2016(Tuesday) stating that new brp produced recently and out for delivery in next 7 days.
New brp delivered to my confirm address by me on 27th oct 2016

Thanks to all.at last i got corrected brp with correcr valid
untill date.

Keep patience and hope for the best.
