Any evidence required for absentes

Hi Guys
I am currently in Uk Tier 1 -General, working as self employed, planning to apply for ILR on 20-Oct-2016

I have taken leaves in last 5 years, just want to know if I need to provide any evidence/explanation as to why I took such leaves/absentees

Total no of days outside UK is 99


Left UK Arrived Uk Days outside Uk Reason for absence
22-May-2013 27-May-2013 5 days Went to Spain for vacation

05-Sep-2013 01-Nov-2013 57 days Went to India as my Father was seriously ill and he died subsequently

26-Aug-2014 11-Sep-2014 16 days Went to India for religious ceremony of my dad's 1st death anniversary

19-May-2015 09-Jun-2015 21 days Went to India to visit my mom and relatives after my son was born

Any reply will be highly appreciated
