Apply for PR confirmation

Hi every one
I am an Indian passport holder married with Hungarian
I have visa for 5 year wil hi how will expire soon
Doses any one know how early I can apply for eea4 (pr)

My eea2 5 year residence card will expire in jan 15
Can I apply 3 months early before it expire ?


Married sept 2011
Got residence card 15 jan 2012
Expiring 15 jan 2017

She is working since 2009 and working in U.K. Since then
Continuesly full time
No prolong absence from uk only for few weeks on holidays

RC is not a 'visa'.
Nothing to do with date of RC.
