Neither can I. If you search on "waiting times" you get a link to a Nationality department table showing how long for citizenship applications, otherwise there doesn't seem to be any one place to find this info. For example, if you look at the "Guidance Notes" for an FLR(M) application, it says that current times for dealing with applications are 70% within 4 weeks, 90% within 14 weeks.
