Tier 2 Sponsor Change of Details Application Processing Time

Hi,

I need to extend my Tier 2 visa under shortage occupation which required the sponsor to apply for change of details under digital technology company and Appendx A.

Does any one know how long this process can take as it has been more than 2 weeks and the status of application hasn't changed on SMS.

Please help. Thank you.

your question doesnt make quite sense..
if you applied for extension visa, the current turn around is around 2 months for a postal application

Hi,

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I am asking how long it will take my sponsor to get their details changed, on SMS system because the shortage category I am applying under requires the sponsor to apply for a sub process to enable them to sponsor digital tech workers in shortage occupation list.

Has anyone been in this situation? It's been more than 2 weeks neither the application has been processed nor they relevant department has replied to the followup emails.

It can take UKBA up to 18 weeks to change sponsor licence details as per their service standards:

However, they might be able to speed this up by contacting the business helpdesk and explaining your case.
