Hopefully within this week they will let us know. My understanding is, when they grant RCOS to someone, they let them know really quickly. Only those who gets rejected are delayed due to preparation of rejection letter. I could be wrong though.

One question to you kulmai, about Universal Jobmatch advert. Did your employer had it live for 60 days? I am confused about Universal Jobmatch, we can apply after 28 days but advert has to be there online for 60 days. What is meant by that????

It needs to be live on two universal job match websites for 28 days. Not sure where you got the 60 days.

Your first point is correct. If successful you should get an answer in next 24-72 hours. If they need more paperwork to support your application they'll usually notify you also within that timeframe maybe a bit longer. You're right though, if you don't hear this week or are asked for more info, odds are that you've been unsuccessful and they're preparing your rejection letter. Happened to me in August. Didn't get the rejection letter until about 10-12 days after allocation meeting.

Yes 28 days it is! there is no 60 day bracket that needs to be followed Ronin. This is my second attempt too. Got rejected in August as well. If the doesn't work out even I have to bid farewell to my UK dreams.... Lets wait and hope that atleast by today or tomorrow we hear from them. Keep updating !

Still waiting on mine as well. Currently saying Under Review. My immigration lawyer is still hopeful, as we got out supporting documents over quite late, I think around September 1-2. So fingers crossed it will be ok.

Hi Jpv2013, just for general information, why u need to exit and apply? I thought anyone in uk can switch to tier 2. Tier 4 and there is a long list of categories who can switch, which covers almost every category. Under what conditions someone has to leave and apply?

timbo and kulmai, any news?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone yet received the CoS? My company had applied for this month and they said they are awaiting approval to assign the status to me. Has anyone received it yet?

I think you will have to provide english language assessment. Either certificate from NARIC Visas and nationality or need to write IELTS and score atleast 4 and above. NARIC Certificate is also required for your degree equivalency

Hello Raj,

Not haven't heard anything, I think mine has got rejected considering had it been approved they would have granted it already. Did you apply for October too?

Hi Kulmai,

Any luck with your COS? why was your first COS rejected? Have your employer conducted RLMT correctly?

Good Luck.
