Exported them to wordpad and printed them. My cousin did the same thing and his werent a problem.

Appeal luckily it was 2 days before so will be £140.
After today its £800.
Yes brother but u also had other factors that u hadnt been back etc so they will use what they can against u, u should always submit evidence in its original form

And so you have appealed?

In my opinion no point, u wont get a review date until 7/8 weeks time then the deadline is 15 weeks long if its overturned at review stage u r looking at 5/6 months atleast and then 2/3 months to get passport back

And if they take it to court then u r looking at this time frame as well as another year on top

Still stuck in 2 minds. Im thinking appeal against this then go pakistan and come back then apply again with priority.
If that gets rejected then least i will have yhis appeal to fall back on especially after the appeal fee increases today.
My decision was dated 7th october.
The cost of appealing depends on the date of your decision letter.

If your decision letter is dated on or before 9 October 2016 it costs:

£80 without a hearing
£140 with a hearing
If your decision letter is dated on or after 10 October 2016 it costs:

£490 without a hearing
£800 with a hearing

@gunner786

Im well aware of the fee's etc

But why waste time? By the time u go pak and come back u still wont have had your deadline so seems pointless to me

Just noticed how they made a mistake with the 18 months.

We got married in april 2015. I came back in may 2015. Got my job in october 2015 and applied for the case on 27th may 2015. So it was only 13 months i dont know where they got 18 months from. They are counting uoto the date of refusal.

After i started my job i thought inateadvof going to see her its better if i apply to bring her here asap rather than spending that time over there if that makes sense.

How long after refusal do we get our documents back? I sent a royal mail delivery envelope with postage paid.
And what about the ihs fee still havent had any email how to claim refund.

Next couple of weeks going to see her but will be going after filing the appeal. For 2-3 weeks as it has now been 18 months. The plan was to go once we get the visa decision but they took too long on that too.

If you used a solicitor, the documents should have been returned to them, the IHS fee is automatically refunded to the card it was paid with

Why are you asking British citizenship questions in the completely incorrect and non relevant Immigration for Family Members sub forum under the Pakistan Spouse Visa Appeals topic?

We still waiting for a date, but our letter has 22/02/2016 as the deadline and I'm also based in London. So based on the fact you have just got your court date I think we might here something in the next 2 months IA.

Its going to take a lot longer than 6 'months

7/8 weeks for deadline
Deadline Is 15 weeks long
If successful u get visa after 4/5 months
Then u have to submit passport and wait for it and that takes 7/8 weeks too

I have a question regarding status update. As previously last week when I request for status update I received email saying that we found you application and is waiting to be assess by eco. However I did request for update yesterday and received an email saying we tracked your application and found that there are no current updates. This could be because your application was submitted recently or the details that you have provided above are incorrect.

I paid for priority and it's been over a month since I applied so I'm getting worried.

Thanks you

Can people travel, including to country they've applied to live in, when appealing or are they stuck in country of origin?

A UK Visitor Visa stands little chance of being granted while an appeal outside of the UK is pending, due to the prior intention of settling.

Yes I understand that but the reasoni did priority was not to wait longer to get whatever the outcome going to be. It's already a hell of applying third time but these ppl have no understanding of our basic right to live with our partners.

Hi

What went wrong with the previous two applications?

How long have you been married?

Priority isn't a guaranteed service.
