Urgent Help Eea permanent residence card

Hello
I am an family member of an eea who just retained right of residence following a domestic violence. My marriage is over 5 years but I have been in the UK for 4 years and 7 months. I'm I qualified to apply for a permanent residence card. Thank you

You need 5 years residence in the UK.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
