Tier 2 - Visa Extension - Spouse / Family Member

Dear members,

I am Tier2 General visa with wife and kids. My current visa (along with family members) will be expire on Oct 2017 and I am eligible for the ILR on Mar 2017. Now I am changing my job and my new employer will provide me visa COS. I will renew my visa with new CoS. My query here is, do I need to renew my family members visa along with my visa extension or they can carry on existing visa which is valid till Oct 2017? As I will file my ILR in March 2017 with family members, thats why I want to avoid renewal of my family members visa to save visa extension cost? Please suggest me.

They can carry on with their current Tier 2 General dependent visas.
