Now my letter arrived, but they made a mistake with a country of origin :/ On the letter it says that if anything is wrong I would need to send the certificate back to them to change. I have a couple of questions:

1 - Are they going to charge me?
2 - How do I send it back?
3 - Is this going to slow down the passport process?
4 - Has anyone else's had this problem and how long it took to get all rectified!?
