ILR - Marriage certificate

Evening!

I am on ILR and my husband is planning to apply for his ILR this month, we have all the documents ready however our marriage certificate is missing. Is it okay not to have a marriage certificate for my husband ILR?. My ILR route was Tier1(General) - 5 years and he is on dependent visa.He is in this country from the past 6 years with me.

I presume our child certificate would suffice in the absence of marriage certificate, please can someone help?
