PEO ILR Spouse ADVISE PLEASE!!

Post by Jamadar » Sun Jan 27, 2008 7:49 pm

Hi

I was thinking to apply for a PEO Interview at croydon for my husbands ILR after 2 year spouse visa.

My reason being is that I with my husband would like to fly out on 1st March for a holiday which unfortunately can not be postponed, whereas I have to submit my husbands application on 7th Feb.

His application is straight forward however...

All our documents are not in Joint names for which I have provided a letter stating this is not possible due to us living with my parents however we hope to buy a property soon. Therefore I have provided 20 documents which are separately in my name as well as his.

I have read very successful stories and have also been advised to apply by post but I would like to hear any other stories people have with familiar situations.

Thanks
