Tier 2 ICT child benefit claim

Hi
I am actually on Tier 2 ICT and from india , My son was born in November 2015. As of today i have not claim anything as my visa says no recourse to public funds. Can i claim child benefit?

Please advise.Thanks

'No Recourse to public funds' clause covers Child Benefit. So you have answered your question.
