Can I Still apply for ILR

I first came to the UK in a Work Permit" on 8th Feb 2008. I stayed in the UK until 30th August 2009. I again came on 4th April 2010 in a Tier2 ICT Visa (issued before April 2010) and left the UK on 30th June 2012. I was in the UK for more than 180 days in each of the years 2008, 09, 10, 11 and 12. Then my ICT Visa expired and since then I have made 2 trips (including my current stay) to the UK. The 1st trip was for 11 months under Tier2 short term staff (1 year visa) and the 2nd i.e. my current trip has been for close to 8 months already under Tier2 long term staff (3 year visa).

Can someone advise if I am elligible for ILR (Indefinite Leave to remain)?

What makes you think so?
The OP is on Tier 2 ICT where ILR privileges were removed for applicants later than April 2010

In my defense, the OP didn't really mention ICT when talking about his CURRENT visa -
I guessed I should have assumed from the 'long term staff' mention... so... my bad.
