As previously last week when I request for status update I received email saying that we found you application and is waiting to be assess by eco. However I did request for update yesterday and received an email saying we tracked your application and found that there are no current updates. This could be because your application was submitted recently or the details that you have provided above are incorrect.

I paid for priority and it's been over a month since I applied so I'm getting worried.

Thanks you
A family member of mine made a priority spouse visa application over 6 weeks ago, documents have been returned nearly 2 weeks ago, yet still no call to collect passport.

No need to get worried brother
Alot of people r using priority now and its taking time just remember there is NO GUARANTEE with priority its just taking the risk of maybe/maybe not
Yes I understand that but the reasoni did priority was not to wait longer to get whatever the outcome going to be. It's already a hell of applying third time but these ppl have no understanding of our basic right to live with our partners.

Salaam all

I am in the appeal process. My deadline review date was the 26th April 2016. Still waiting to hear from the courts. Im based in london and my solicitor said that i should hear something in the next month based on other clients he has. I was just wondering is there any way i can get an update on whats going on and how long it might take

Thank you
Hi

What went wrong with the previous two applications?

How long have you been married?

Priority isn't a guaranteed service.
It was refused due to financial requirements not met as those reasons r in detail on my TL.

1st app refused due to app. 2 form not filled alone with they didn't agree with my financial statements.

2nd app refused as the reason of financial issues weren't address and again they weren't agreed with the statement of my finances of self employment

@stillwaiting123 it was refused because they wanted to know how our relationship started. So they refused it for relationship. Another reason was for my tax and job. Which i sorted out when i appealed

Hi,

You mentioned in a previous post that you received not straight email on 4th Feb for your second application, if I remember correctly? If you don't mind my asking, how long from that date did you receive that your application was processed? do you know what it means when your status on the visa4uk website changes from completed to "in active"?

Thanks.

He did an paper appeal
We are so thankful to ALLAH

The judge however has also said he will not
Award the fee because the documents we sent
To the ECO were different to the ones for
The appeal
As my cousin sent in more documents for the
Appeal

If the old certificate has expired, a valid certificate will have to be submitted with passport, if the application was made after April 2015 the IHS payment will also have to be made.

Should my cousins spouse have the TB test now
As its valid for 6 months
And will they let them know when to pay IHS
Thankyou

Best to get the TB test done while awaiting email to submit passport, the email will provide further instructions on paying the IHS fee.

Around 2 months for the email to submit passport, then a further 2/3 months for stamped passport, so around February 2017

Sorry to keep asking questions
My cousin recived an email advising the
Appeal is succesfull
And if we do not hear in the 12 weeks
That we should contact the home office
What we want to ask is that in the email
It says nothing about the home office going against
The decsion
That they will appeal against it
If they do appeal, how long will they do
It before
Thankyou

Both parties have 28 days to appeal against the court decision, they rarely appeal against the decision. However, it is possible for them to appeal.

Whats the difference between a paper review and a normal review?

Hi
In shaa ALLAH all will be ok for you.
My cousin did an paper appeal and yestrday
We got good news the appeal has been allowed
With my cousins sitution they believed the relationship
Is genuin, only paper work was missing
My cousin, whe applied for visa did not add
Watsapp skype viber call history, and there weee
Other stuff only to do with paperwork
All the stuff that was missing was added in
It took from febuary 2016 to 17 october 2016
And with the Grace of ALLAH the appeal is allowed
You talk to your solicitor and its best to do what
He suggests as it depends on your refusal points
Good luck and our duas are with you, and
In shaa ALLAH you will be reunited with your
Spouse AMEEN

A family member of mine applied priority spouse visa 6 weeks ago, it's been 2 weeks since supporting documents were returned to the solicitor and letter saying a decision has been made on your application and your documents returned to the VAC where the application was made.
However no email or call to collect passport has been received by the applicant in Pakistan. Looks like many people are applying priority service which has increased the load on the ECO's resulting in delays.

You seems to be right I think it's taking around 6-8weeks now which is ashamed of paying extra and still not getting the expected service. It shouldn't be matter if a lot of ppl applying if they can't handle it they should returned the feeses and tell applicants to apply standard.

Anyways finger cross to have a positive outcome.
