Is this enough for my spouse visa finance requirement

If im getting paid £390 before deductions (gross
) weekly then do I meet the £18600 requirement? Am I right 18600 is gross, please help

If your pay is exactly the same every week, then yes, you meet the requirement for spouse.

I get gross 390 weekly with maybe 1 or 2 pound difference so maybe 391 or 389 sometimes but monthly I get £1560 gross so I think I meet the requirement or do I need to earn more say 395 a week or 400

Gross means before tax.
