They both worked full time for mor than a year (15 months), so you have fulfilled the requirement. You're good to apply for extension. Just make sure FPS shows their start date.Kkapil wrote:Dear All,

Ok so Employee 1 worked for 22 months and Employee 2 worked full time for 17 months, combined that's 39 months. You've fulfilled the requirement.Kkapil wrote:Thanks once again,
To make it clear, I was granted visa for three years in Feb 2014, one started full-time in January 2015 & still been working but other one started working in June 2015 as full-time but leaving now (i.e October) as he found a better opportunity. So when I extend in Feb 2017 can apply showing one full-time employee at present !
