How to show director loan on accounts?

Hi All,

My accountant show Director loan as below.

Creditors £50,000

Is that acceptable?

Or Need to show as below.

Creditors (Director loan from name of director) in creditor section Or we need to show director loan in different section as it's unsecure loan.

Can you please reply so I can ask my accountant to do amendment as per that?

Question 2;I have used different accountant so Do I need submit all accountants licence certificates?
