Post by mcr2013 » Sun Oct 23, 2016 10:46 pm

hi guys

i just notice i had bank transfer about 48000 pounds from personal to business account that was made director loan by my accountant plus i have few cash transactions like 10000 pounds so total 58000 pounds director loan. 48000 bank transfer plus 10000 cash submitted. My question is 10000 deposited by me in the bank is it considered Director Loan Agreement or not? or we all have bank transfer to make director loan

Dear mcr2013,
As I think, if you have an evidence shows that the money is yours, it is fine, it is like a receipt from your bank shows that you deposited the money. Explain that in the cover letter.
Thanks

There is a transaction history, go to you bank, ask them to provide you that transaction history statement. You know the date..they will give you a paper with all details, ask for stamping it.
See our friends comments and have a good idea.
Thanks

Technically it is Director's Loan however you need to show evidence of it being deposited in the business bank account, showing the business bank account statements

Hi, home office asks for identifiable transactions and they do check this through bank accounts. You have mentioned that you lost the receipt of £10000, so this will make this transaction as non identifiable transaction. So to be one safe side, transfer £2000 more from personal to business bank account and make your DL to £50000, which will be easily identifiable. You can also go to the branch where you deposited this £10000 in cash and as them for the receipt. Some of the bank do keep a record of bank receipt and they can give you a copy, which you can ask them to stamp.
