Spouse Visa maximum processing time

Hi I Applied for a uk Visa from Canada in May 2016.
It has been 6 months since I applied and I still have not had a decision. Any one in a similiar situation?
Does anyone know the MAX processing time UK visa can take? It said 120 days 100% is done on their website but I found those times aren't very accurate.
