Have you filed in your appeal?

Or the Ftt has dismissed your appeal?

What is the basis for dismissing your appeal?

Who dismissed your appeal? Was it FTT or upper Tribunal?

It is hard to give much help in these cases as they are fact sensitive.

I don't know how to guide you, not sure of your case, why they refused you, what basis the judge used, under which provision you were refused, whether you have children.

I am disheartened for you plight, but i am restrained on how much assistance i can give unfortunately.

So is it the upper Tribunal that refused permission?

What has Barrister decided to do?

Yup upper tribunal refused it as well with same thing that I had given chance to say something at oral hearing and plus no article 8 were given as well. These two points they added and said judge made right decision so no more right of appeal for you. And I have left that Barister Bec he is not picking up my phone and I changed but all new solicitors saying we can't help u now u have to go back u should come to us first.

Wow. They could apply to the High Court to Judicial Review the decision of the Upper Tribunal, but this need to be done within 16 days of the Upper Tribunal refusing you.

I am saddened for you, that the all of them have refused to assist. Going back to Pakistan is unlikely to assist much.

16 days for judicial action and 28 days for new application.

I am concerned an article 8 case may face certification .

I think I have offered you enough of my time already . I hope you find a solution to these issues going forward.

When was the UT decision made . Have you reached the 16 days yet.

I will strongly advise that you do the 2 options.

Challenge refusal to grant permission at the high court.
This will assist. In my experience i believe an adverse decision ought to be challenged.

All depends on the fact of the case.

If the FTT find that you used Proxy, it makes things difficult for you.
