Address change notification for ILR holder

Hi,

I have ILR on the BRP cards. I have recently changed my address and I would like to know whether I need to inform UKBA about my address change. I suppose yes. If yes, then how do I need to do that? Do I just write down a letter to them giving my new address or there is some form to fill up. I found the below form but it says it need to be used only if you're on Tier 1, 2 or 5 but I'm on ILR. I was on Tier1 earlier so what the best option to do here.
