Tier 2 to ILR short of 12 days - please advise

Hello Experts

Please can I have your valuable comments and sparing time in this matter.

I applied tier 2 general visa for 5 years from 08-04-2014 to 08-04-2019 as per my contract start and end date. I was granted visa from 20-04-2016 to 08-04-2019 where 12 days are short to complete 5 years for ILR eligibilty.

Please advise that will I eligble for ILR despite 12 days short?

Note that applicants are permitted to apply no sooner than 28 days prior to the completion of their qualifying period for ILR. Since 12 days is less than 28 days, you should be okay to apply for ILR shorty before your leave expires.
