my friend is planning toapply tier 1 entrepreneur visa from pakistan £200000 from third party fund. I just want to make sure who can sponsor as a third party coz on gov.uk site it is mentioned that "money made available to you by other people (‘third parties’), eg a husband, wife, partner or investor" but when i read guidance there is "You or your entrepreneurial team can include money made available by other people (known as ‘a third party or parties’, and this can include money from your (or your entrepreneurial team member’s) husband, wife or partner).". Im confused now coz on guidance there is no investor there so just asking very simple question can my uncle sponsor my friend ? Thanks

Yes, your uncle can act as a third party for both of you. You need a letter from him which makes the money available to both of you as explained in the guide
