URGENT: Withdraw Tier 2 Employer Transfer Application

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 general visa expiring Aug 2018 with my current employer. I am eligible for ILR in Aug 2017.

Last week I made a tier 2 general change of employer visa application on priority route with another employer. i have received the letter for Biometric submission on Friday.

However now I am having double mind of joining that employer. I have sorted my pay differentials with current employer this week and now wish to stay here.

Can i pull out of my application? what will happen to my current visa? will home office return my current BRP card? will it have effect on ilr timelines?

I am so confused. Please help. Ideally I dont want to change employer now. I have not resigned or informed current employer yet.

No effect on current employer.

Just withdraw your application. Risk of losing the fee you paid though.

HO should return your documents and BRP.

How you deal with the new sponsor is not an immigration matter and depends on what you have signed with them.

Yes I will have to reimburse the fee they paid for the application.

But this will not be logged as rejected application or anything?
I am just worried that as they have sent the Biometric letter - they might have canceled by existing tier 2 visa application already, so that they can process this?

your existing visa will ONLY be cancelled or superseded once the new Tier 2 visa is GRANTED.
