BRP card for spouse not sent back after admin review

Hi,

I was hoping I could get some advice regarding this issue.

My family and I applied to extend our Tier 2 General visa, on receiving it we noticed there was an error in the validity of the visa hence we requested an admin review through the immigration lawyer.

After 2 weeks, we received a reply saying the review had been completed but only 3 cards were returned, even though we received four letter.

The immigration laywer immediately wrote back to the case officer to ask for my wife's card. it has been two weeks now and we have not received any response.

Has anyone been in this situation before?

Can anyone advice on how I could contact the home office regarding this?
