Thanks for reading my question. I need to help my friend in finding a suitable application to extend his wife's visa.
His wife arrived in UK on spouse visa in July 2014. She had done ETS TOIEC for english language requirement.
Unfortunately her husband lost the job and his present salary is less than £18600.They have a child born May 2015.
So what options he has in extending his wife's visa. He cannot meet FLR M requirements as income is below 18600 mark.
His wife ETS TOIEC Test which she used in her entry clearance application will it still be accepted ?
