Hourly Rate for employes

Post by Meesha » Thu Nov 10, 2016 6:56 pm

Dear forum memebrs:
I had 2 employes whom i paid basic hourly rate. They started in 2015 when basic hourly rate was 6.70 and later from April 2016 the basic pay rate rises to 7.20/hour so i paid that. How i put it in table 3b2 under column hourly rate paid?
Please help me with this.

I put the latest rate at the time of application 7.20 but the previous rates would be shown on wage slips anyway.

You should enter them as separate periods of employment, on two separate rows

Section L is mandatory to demonstrate your engagement as business person within 6 months of arrival (20 points)

Total points are mentioned in table 5 as 95 (75 + 20) at page 42 of T1 Ent: Guidance.

Hi,

Section L is about "if we are registered as self employees or Director within a six month of entering the category", I think it for those who came outside the UK But on other side if we go for section L we have to ignore Table 3b1 about investment. Now there is a confusion if we do not tick section "L" we can not claim 20 points to make it 90 in total.
Please senior members members help??

Hi Leeee704,
Section L is mendatory for everyone to complete. It says who enter in this category not in this country.
