All quick query,
If main applicant ILR has been granted and dependents apply later.
Do we still need to complete section 1 (Main applicant section details) or where ever main applicant details required in SET O.
While main applicant ILR has been granted what sections in SET O we dont need to fill in as main applicant or do we need to fill in the whole SETO form.

ok, this means if the spouse is applying later then still the same SET O with dependents and main applicant details in the form.
The only difference perhaps the fee only all the details will be the same in SETO

Set(O) form with spouse as main applicant and any children as dependents! You are not the main applicant!

If your spouse applies AFTER you have already got ILR (as you stated in a post above), then the spouse is the MAIN applicant on Set(O) because you ALREADY have ILR!!
If you apply for ILR at the same time, then yes you are main applicant and spouse details go in the dependent section.

Based on I got ILR, and spouse and 1 kid apply later via post.
queries are
1- Both will use 1 off SET O
2- Section 1 - Applicants details will be filled by spouse
3- Section 2 - this will be filled after 2.8 only for the kid details
4- Section 3 - Work permit holder dependant X this will checked for TIER 1 General dependent
5- Section 4 4.1 , 4.3 ,
6 Section 5 Other - Rented by Husband , query here is since spouse is not working so there is no finance or payslips in this section should this be leave blank.
7- Section 10
No point assesment required as this has been done at husband ILR so all those section will be blank ??
what else should be provided in supporting documents.
1- Husband ILR
2- Husband Company Letter
3- LIUK
4- Englih req cert
5- Marriage Cert
6- Kid Birth Cert
7- Passport / new / old
8 BRP
In Section 12
The query is
If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying
at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you
were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the
whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and
your spouse.
What evidence are they after ?
Thanks
