My understanding is no appeal.
Just admin review.

Can I apply JR and can I submitted a depended visa apps simultaneously ??

Some say yes and others say no

I confused

You have no Section 3c protection of leave during a JR. This is only re-instated if JR is successful.

Without valid leave it won't be possible to submit dependant applications.

My understanding is no. You won't have valid leave during JR.

If your husband has a valid Tier 2 visa, why are you considering submitting an application for him as YOUR dependent while you're waiting for JR :?

You are permitted to apply for dependent visa before 28/14 days of your section 3C coming to an end.

You can make a JR application simultaneously.
