Restricted COS Under Review

I am here as Tier 4 dependent. My company a Tier 2 sponsor applied for restricted COS before 5th November for a job in Shortage Occupation list. The employer checked and told me the COS status says Under Review. Any ideas why this is Under Review and Not Approved yet.

Mine is similar case like yours. Tier 4 dependent, Rcos under review. I am also waiting as my visa is expiring soon.

Yes it is Soc. no news yet.have you heard anything from your employer? I had found that there was delay in August allocation as well through online research. Let's be hopeful. Good luck and let me know if you hear any news.
