I didnt rcv any email saying decision overturned but i rcvd ihs payment email directly n now its been 2 weeks no update..also wen we paid ihs fee i havnt recvd the confirmation that they got the payment..

Appealed: October 2015
Deadline: 18th January 2016
Court Date: 22nd August 2016
Visa Granted: 5th October 2016
Call-In Letter: 1st November 2016
Passport Submitted: 3rd November 2016
That's my wife's timeline. The reason for refusal was they weren't satisfied with the financial side of things as I'm self-employed by I had all the correct paperwork and the decision was overruled when the immigration lawyer accepted there was no reason to refuse the original decision and he didn't understand the entry clearance officer's decision.
Since then we have received nothing in regards to repayment of the IHS.

Yes i have left it but i was asking does this email shows that a decision has been taken on my visa???
