request SAR to know about your pending application

hi. i recently applied for SAR for my up coming ilr appointment.ill be varying my application from entrepreneur to ilr long residence.

i was surprised to see case workers notes and outcome of the interview on my pending application.

case worker notes included all the checks they have been done on my application and there outcomes, what questions to ask the applicant during the interview and the outcome of the interview.

i am feeling a bit relaxed as the notes were positive and outcome of interview was credible, but still one cant be sure if it would still generate a positive outcome.

i would suggest that any person whose application is pending should ask for SAR, as it would give you a picture of whats going on with ur application.

Fast track applications means the application we submitted (Extension application ) or the SAR application, thanks for update , got the form , I need to get my identification to be attested by my solicitor on monday and post it as soon as possible.

Hi imi87,

By looking at the form it looks like SAR Fast track application is only for fast track applications. Please correct me if I am wrong. All our extensions applications are snail track applications which are taking minimum 6 months (most of the applications) dont know if we can apply for SAR fast track.
