visitor visa can i get married??

Hi there..

i wonder if i come on visitor visa for 6 months if we go to register office wat we need to provide. can we get married on visitor visa?Im from canada my boyfriend is from uk and we know each other for long time and im waiting a baby.im in canada at the moment since 2006. i been in uk before on working holiday visa.
