Hi
Please share experience if anyone got ILR with 35000.
I am confuse at the moment currently I have job Level 4 and salary 24000 but ILR need 35000. According to level 4 experience salary 19500 but my salary 24000
1: Question is all level 4 experience salaries range 19000 to 25000 normally. How UKVI demand 35000 on level 4 job.
2: if I get new job with new employer with 35000 salary then how many month salary slips needed?
3: if my current employer increase my salary 24000 to 35000 then how many months salary slips required? Currently my company discussing my salary issue , actually they don't want lose me that's why I am very confident they will increase my wage 24k to 45k.
Please reply me anyone ASAP .

No need to bump after 30 minutes.
Members are no doubt busy with Sunday lunch or still out at car boot sales, jogging/gym or etc etc.
Stand by.

See below for answers:
1: Question is all level 4 experience salaries range 19000 to 25000 normally. How UKVI demand 35000 on level 4 job.
They can demand whatever they want. Remember, this is no longer a work permit, this is a settlement visa, so they're allowed to define the threshold earnings for migrants they want settling into the country. Irrespective of level, that's the minimum.
2: if I get new job with new employer with 35000 salary then how many month salary slips needed?
Enough for them to know your new employer wants you for the time being at that salary.
3: if my current employer increase my salary 24000 to 35000 then how many months salary slips required?
Enough to seem genuine.
If you're still negotiating, I'd say go for asap.

I assume you first got your tier 2 before 2011 as u are allowed to carry on and extend on NVQ level 4 jobs?
How long have u been in the uk ? If your original tier 2 was before 2011, then u can possibly continue to extend the tier 2 (6 year limit wont apply to u) till u get to 10 years?
I might be wrong with my dates as the rules changed so long ago and i suppose most people from that time have changed to ilr anyway.

OP appears to have switched to Tier 2 from Tier 4 in 2012.

1: 10 year rout? -- if you have no option then 10 year route seems sensible
2: 5 year 35K? if my cyrrent employer agreed -- if you r really required they ll push ur salary have u thought abt prorating ur salary ? whats ur soc code?
also can Govt finish 10 year route in future ? no one can say in this time and age, unless we get a crystal ball !
Thanks

Not sure prorating the salary works, as 35k seems to be the minimum threshold irrespective of working hours...

Thanks for help but I have seen here Someone said if salary increases like 50% or 60% then UKVI not trust you "this salary original " or not.... I read all UKVI policy there no detail about this topic just say need one month salary slip and bank statement on the time of ILR and salary should be equal 35000*12 in salary slip.
If UKVI ask this question why your employer increase salary 50% to 60% on the time me of ILR then what will answer . How I can prove this is original and my employer need me that's why he increas.

Please see this
Law change level 4 to level 6 in Jun 2012.
Table 3: Occupations skilled to NQF level 4
Tier 2 applicants can only be sponsored for jobs in these occupations if:
the applicant is a Croatian national, or
the job appears on the Shortage Occupation List, or
the job is in one of the creative sector occupations marked “(Creative)”, or
the applicant is currently in the UK under Tier 2, and has been in Tier 2 since before the changes
made on 14 June 2012 came into force, or
the applicant is currently in the UK under an old immigration category that was replaced by Tier
2, such as work permit holders.
