Hi Members,

I got my visa in December 2013 and applying in a couple of weeks. I need your suggestions and advise regarding the employment as I am a bit confused regarding the employment creation.

1) I have 1 employee for 7 Months who worked for 130+ hours every month.
2) another employee for 27 weeks who worked for 30+ hours ever week.

Can I combine both the employments as one job creation? ( one employee worked monthly and another worked weekly in different time periods but in the same job role)

I have 2 employees part time and are still working for me since 14+ months, in different job roles.
one working weekly for 20+ hours and another working monthly for 80 hrs.
Can i combine these two different jobs to make it as one job creation?

Or I just need to create employment in same job or different job roles to make total hours of 3210.

Please advise me and Thanks in advance.

Yes you can add them together. HO calculate hours all on weekly basis.

Yes, you can combine the hours to make a full time role of a year.
