Type of VISA

Post by saratbabu07 » Sat Feb 02, 2008 4:39 pm

Dear members,

I am in the UK on HSMP visa along with my wife who is with me as dependent. My wife is pregnant and I wish to invite my mother in law to UK during my wife's delivery. Kindly provide suggestion on the following;
1) which visa should my mother in law apply?
2) Could I sponsor my mother in law? If so, what are the docs required?

Thanks,
Sarat

1. yes, you can sponsor your mother in law.
2. She should apply family visitor.
3. You need a sponsor letter from your side, bank statment, residence proof (rent agrement), salary slips etc. Better check with ukvisas website for exact documents.
