Varying an out of time application (without 3C Leave)

Hi

Please moderators, seniors and anyone who can help me with the following question.

Can we vary an out of time application when the original application was made within 28 days of overstaying?

Original out of time Application was made (within 28 days of overstaying) before November 24, 2016 and we intend to vary it after November 24, 2016?

I have tried to find the answer of the forum but could not. So please guide me if you know the answer or the link within the forum where anything similar was raised already.

I am really thankful for everyone who took time to read this.
