Query on Physically present in the UK

Dear Members,
I am applying for naturalisation on 07/Dec/2016 using NCS. This means if everthing goes well, the Application will be delivered on 08/Dec/2016. 5 Years from that date i.e. 09/Dec/2011, I flew out of UK to India on Holiday. There is no stamp for this. I got only stamped on 10-Dec-2011 in India. In this context, will 09-Dec-2016 be counted as being not being physically present in the UK? The flight was at 0630 hrs, so technically I was in the UK for 25% of the day. Kindly let me know if your opinions.

If you apply at NCS, the date of the appointment is used as the date that UKVI have received the application.
