any Issu about EU1 in new bill2008 on 29/01/08

hello guys ,
I heard , new immigration bill 2008 has been announced .

is there anything about EU1,something change something new .
Anybody, have got recently approval/rejection ? anything change according to our hopes .?
i would appreciate if somebody will share comments ..

EU immigration laws and procedures will most likely be left unchanged. See Section 7 of the act:
7. Nothing in this act affects ---
