Change of Name

My status is Indefinite Leave to Remain. I got married last April and sent my document by post last September to change my Surname. Since then I didn't heard anything from them. I am worried now. Can someone help please!

Which form did you fill in and where did you send it?

I sent to Home Office Leave to Reamain-NTL PO Box 502 Durham DH99 1WG and I use the Application for no time limit (NTL) and A biometric immigration document by someone who already has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.

Do you currently have a BRP card for your ILR?

NTL is for people that have ILR pasted in their passports. It is not a 'change in circumstance' form for when your name changes.

Yes I have BRP for my ILR and that is the website where I get the form.
