Dear Advisors and Friends,

My friends have lost hearing in first tier tribunal and upper tribunal hearing(deception removed), however they are planning to go for court of appeal.
The only reason being- other colleagues who had hearing in FTT and JR due to Venture capital(same company) won their hearing and got visas.
My query is
1.Should they go to court of appeal?
2.what are the chances of appeal being accepted or them winning?
3.Can they withdraw in mean time and switch to tier 2 when application in court of appeal is under process?
4, will their work right-section 3c contine?
5.. will these appeal months be counted in their 10year-ILR stay?
