you should email it yourself. my friend who recently got his wife visa applied through solicitor and he was the one who always contacted ukvi directly instead of solicitor.
:)
Hey! I did send a detailed email last night to sheffield home office. Hoping for a reply.

See can the sponsor travel for 2-3 weeks once your case has been applied? And you get a holiday pay for the time off? Can anyone help?

Hi Scotgirl

I think you can as long as you are salaried because it wouldn't effect you monthly income but if you were non-salaried then you wouldn't get holiday pay!

wait is killing me and do not know when i will get sms/email response for passport collection.

Hey ZK!
I was thinking the same. But still need to double check it with my lawyer. This whole process is taking ages. Hopefully you get the email/sms very sooon, Insha'Allah. Atleast you know that the decision has been taken. :)

Hey! As far as I know, you can either appeal or re apply the case. You cant do both the thing at one time.
