My lawyer messed up with my application form

Post by zamaha » Sat Dec 10, 2016 10:54 pm

Hi dear members
After found out that my lawyer wrote a cover letter full of wrong information about the name of my bank and ....
I found out that he made a mistake in filling my application form as well!!!
I asked him to let me review the form and letter before submitting but he was offended and told me it is my job and now I am frustrated. I provided all the document by myself and they are accurate. The only things I asked them was filling the form and cover letter.
The mistake in application form is about investment. I transfer money from my personal account to business account and kept them for 90 days. Also, I prepared director loan agreement requirements. But in application form he did not claim any point for investment and also, the money is in business account which I sent bank statement and letter for, but he ticked the box that the money is available in personal bank account!!!!

What should I do now?!!!! Is there any way I can recover from that? How I can complain?

Please please help

For reasons I don't understand there are never ending stories on this BB of lawyers messing up. Clearly you should always verify what your lawyer writes and he/she not willing to show you is the clearest blinking red light there is....

Dear Zimba
My document is correct but the cover letter and application form is wron . Their information even does not match together. It makes a lot of confusion. It is 4 months since I have sent my application and I had my interview 2 months ago. Should I call home office or should I complain to my! Lawyer?
Is there anything that I can do to simplify and explain things?
Please help me. I did everything myself and just went to the lawyer to ask some simple questions to make sure but they caught me and I contract with them to avoid this type of situation and now I am stuck :(
Please let me know how I can recover?

If you were interviewed and they did not raise in the interview of the inconsistencies between evidence and application likely you are fine.
