Switching from T1GE. No interview, no calls, etc. Something really unexpected, I was prepared to wait for 6 months.

Timeline:
Application posted: 14 Oct 2016
Application received by HO: 17 Oct 2016 (3 days)
Payment collected: 18 Oct 2016 (1 day)
Acknowledgment letter dated: 29 Oct 2016 (11 days)
Acknowledgment letter received: 1 Nov 2016 (3 days)
Biometric enrollment: 2 Nov 2016 (1 day)
Application approved: 6 Dec 2016 (34 days)
Letter received: 8 Dec 2016 (2 days)
Residence card: delivery attempt on 8 Dec 2016.

Congrats. I am also switching from gent but it is four months and had an interview. I transfer the money from personal to business account and prepare director loan agreement and also kept that money in the business account for 90 days to ensure there is no problem. What did u do?

A big thank you to this forum and all the members for support. I've found lots of useful information here.
Here is a list of my submitted documents, in case someone finds it useful:

Cover letter

Personal Information/documents:
1. Completed visa application form;
2. A current valid passport;
3. My previous passports;
4. Residence Permit Card;
5. Police registration certificate;
6. Two passport-sized colour photographs;
7. A copy of my marriage certificate with a certified translation to prove my name change (the original was unavailable);
8. My CV (3 pages)
9. My professional profile (3 pages) - I made a list of skills required to develop my businesses and explained how my experience fit into this;
10. Summary of businesses in which I am currently involved (1 page);
11. Maintenance funds covering a consecutive 90­day period of time: Account statements from my current accounts (printed out in the bank and stamped, NOT on their headed paper);
12. Evidence of money available to make a fresh investment (50k): Account statement from my Everyday Saver account covering a consecutive 90­day period of time (printed out in the bank and stamped);
13. Additional evidence of money available to make a fresh investment into one of the businesses (additional 50k from my business partners):
13.1. The original third party account statements;
13.2. Declaration from third party confirming that £50,000 is available to invest into the business. The declaration was signed by the third parties (two people who share access to the above account) and me;
13.3. A letter from a legal representative confirming the validity of signatures on the above declaration, plus all the details of the solicitor.
There was no letter from the bank.

Business 1 (arts administration, I'm the only owner and director of this business):
1. A business plan with a market analysis (13 pages);
2. Printout of a Companies House ‘Company overview’ page, showing the address of the registered office in London and my name as a director (2 pages);
3. Printout of a Companies House email confirming incorporation;
4. Printout of HM Revenue & Customs registration page (CT41G, on 1 page);
5. A bank letter confirming that the company has a bank account and that I am a signatory of that account (1 page);
6. Printout of an email from goduddy.com to confirm the domain registration.
7. Contact details of my clients.

Business 2 (media business in arts sector, I'm a director, NOT a shareholder):
1. A business plan with a market analysis (24 pages);
2. Printout of a Companies House ‘Company overview’ page, showing the address of the registered office in London and my name as a director (2 pages);
3. A copy of a Companies House director’s welcome letter;
4. A copy of our contract with solicitors (10 pages);
5. A copy of an asset purchase agreement (10 pages);
6. Print-out of a press-release (showing my appointment, 2 pages);
7. Confirmation that we are in the process of opening a bank account (2 pages) and HM Revenue & Customs registration.

Business 3 (an art gallery, I'm the only owner and director. No business plan was provided, and this business is on an early stage):
1. Summary of business ideas with a market analysis (10 pages);
2. Printout of a Companies House ‘Company overview’ page showing the address of the registered office in London and my name as a director (2 pages);
3. Printout of a Companies House email confirming incorporation (2 pages);
4. Printout of HM Revenue & Customs registration page (1 page);
5. A bank letter confirming that the company has a bank account and that I am a signatory of that account (1 page).

However this will not stop most members on this forum to invent their own conspiracy theories :lol:
