You should start your own thread if you are different op. But anyhow based on your information it looks that your wages increased from £1400 to £1600 in third month. I think you are on salaried route where HO was correct because they take lowest income which is £1400 then £1400×12= £16800 so we're short. But if you were non-salaried which wasn't your case because you were getting same wages then you F ulfill requirement by £1400+1400+1675+1675+1675+1675/6×12= £19000.Kam2776 wrote:Dear All
I need some guidance and advise for the following scenario and I will appreciate an early response. I have provided 6 months wage slips to the home office for a spouse visa, for the first two months my gross wage was £1400 and for the other four months gross was £1675 so that's total for the 6 months £9500 Anual is £19000 would the application be refused because I was told by a friend that I need to be earning above £1550 every month ?

Hi can they refuse spouse visa application if you don't put all the people names on the accommodation report letter ?
I assume that you mean you haven't declared everyone living in the accommodation in order to avoid the ECO considering it to be inadequate (overcrowded)Kam2776 wrote:Hi can they refuse spouse visa application if you don't put all the people names on the accommodation report letter ?
