2 years loss and 1 year profit...

All the normal ones.

Extra documents.
Professional Qualification certificate. I gave a reference letter from a client. Few invoices from last couple of years, one trade contract.

All the company documents had company stamp with logo, dated when they we seen and attested.
All the summaries and covering letter were on my letter head.

After reading all the comments here regarding FPS, I gave them the FPS in the format they were asking for, with proof of FPS submissions with correlation IDs in FPS summary which documented the date, time and month of FPS submission in a separate document.

My advise, I kept my case simple and sweet. Gave them what they asked for..trust me follow this rule, give whats been asked not what you think is good enough! This will make your life and their life easy!

All the best

Thank you HomeOffice :) I had a pretty good experience with them..

Congrats friend

Did you get you employee sign the passport photocopy?

Also, how do you show job hours calculations? My employees are on gross annual salary. Is there a template to show total hours and does this needs to be approved by my accountant?

Thanks

Employee's passport does not need any signature, but you as a director can sign it only.
job hours calculations is Excel sheet shows the total.
Thanks,
