EEA- appointment to NCS - what to bring?

Hi guys,

I am Italian and I have an appointment to my local NCS for naturalisation. I am wondering what I need to bring to support my application.

What I have is:
My passport that was issued on June 2012, can I use it or does it need to cover 5 years?
My Italian Identity card that I renewed in December 2015
My PR card
Letter that says I acquired PR in August 2014
Life in The UK Test certificate
English certificate from Trinity College

Do I need to submit evidence in section 3 (Application made on the basis of Residence in the United Kingdom - page 15 of the guide) like p60, letters from employers or that does not apply to me?
'Cause on page 16 of the guide the documents required for EEA are only passport (no idea if it has to cover 5 years) and PR card.

Please let me know.

Is proof of English a SELT?

You also need proof of residence in UK.
And, if a worker, proof of fulfilling tax/NI obligations.

All as per AN guidance.

Is Not the PR card actual proof of residence in U.K.?

The card only confirms your status at the time of application, and it only proves residency for the 5 year PR qualifying period.

If OP had acquired PR some considerable time ago, the card is not evidence that he has continued to reside in UK.
