I am have a permanent residence card in form of a BRP card issued under EU law.

Can I please ask if this biometric PR card needs robbery returned within the 5 days HO has specified once citizenship certificate is received.

No, that's only for UK domestic BRPs not EU DCPR/PRC.

So as non-EU holding the PR card (not vignette); I don't have to return the card to HO?

That is good to know. That way I don't have to get it to be certified true copy when I want to apply for my children's BC.

My citizenship ceremony was yesterday and included in the pack given to us is a note to return BRP within 5 days .

I hold biometric PR issued under EU LAW. I have been advised on this forum that I do not need to return . Not sure if the letter is standard and to ignore or if I should just return
the PR Card I have .

8 honestly can't afford £1000 fine.

Why are you asking the same question again when you have already had an answer

You do not have a Biometric Residence Permit.

The letter about returning BRP comes as standard in all of the packs. You don't need to worry about it.
