Criminal record certificate for dependant

Hi guys,

Recently home office made the CR certificate compulsory for all adult dependants. I want to clarify do we need a certificate from all countries dependant has lived in last 10 years or only one from any country will work. As my dependant has spend more than 1 year back home and in UK in last 10 years.

Currently i am on T1 Entrepreneur visa and dependant is here in the UK for more than 12 months. Now i am going for an extension along with my dependant next month.

Hi Dear,
Can you please provide a refernce for your information? Where did they say that depnedents who are already in UK need to provide CR certificate.

Yes but it is also not saying who are applying from overseas.
